 A full wedding co-ordination service will offer you:

• Initial meeting to discuss ideas, dates and themes.
• Venue search, reports and visits with you.
• Organising co-ordinated stationery, addressing envelopes and monitoring replies.
• Assisting with planning your wedding ceremony including legal requirements, music, readings etc.
• Organising a photographer and arranging an engagement photo shoot to get to know them before the wedding. Arrange photo viewing. Order and collect final photos from the wedding.
• Videographer.
• Piper for ceremony and reception.
• Cake.
• Arrange flowers for bridal party bouquets, buttonholes, wedding venue, reception.
• Arrange transport for bridal party and guests to ceremony and reception venue.
• Marquee designers and suppliers.
• Sourcing favours and table decorations.
• Help with reception table plans.
• Sourcing entertainment for reception.
• Co-ordination of gift list and being a point of contact for presents and queries.
• Crèche facilities during the ceremony or all day.
• Accompanying you to look at bridal wear including organising appointments for fittings.
• Collection of dress, hire wear.
• Sourcing handmade tiaras and jewellery.
• Organising hair and make up trials and appointments on the day.
• Sourcing gifts for bridesmaids, bestman, family etc.
• Detailed lists of accommodation options, with directions for guests. Reserving any rooms required.
• Keeping a budget record so you know what your wedding is costing at all times. Arranging to pay deposits and balances if required.
• Full wedding day attendance from morning to 9pm although time is negotiable.
• Make arrangements for any pre or post wedding dinners or parties.
• Support to arrange honeymoon bookings.
• Returning any hire suits and taking care of wedding presents under your instructions.

You will know my costs for a full wedding planning service after our initial consultation. If you wish to go ahead a 25% deposit secures my services immediately.
